If you take the names of the six companies featured in the various photos (Facebook, Microsoft, Coursera, Airbnb, Google, Adobe), fill them into the grid, take the letters highlighted in green, and rearrange them, you get RISING LEADERS, (which all of you are).

​Congratulations, that was the last clue! All you need to do now is DM "We are Rising Leaders. We are MLT." + the names of your team members to Coach Michelle in Slack to get a timestamp of your finish, then jump back into the main Zoom room (button on the bottom right of your Zoom screen) to cross the finish line and say "We are Rising Leaders, we are MLT!" in unison.
